“Active” means the vault was opened within the last 5 minutes.

Vault access
Disable a specific vault in an emergency (for example, a report of a stolen account key). That account ID is visible to its owner in Settings or in the Vault accounts list. Accounts must be disabled before permanent deletion.
Your admin nickname
Set the name other administrators will see for you in the admin panel and audit log. You can only change your own nickname.
Administrators
Platform Admin controls administrator access. Regular admins can use the rest of the admin tools.
Add another signed-in account as an admin using its account ID, shown in that account's Settings panel. Only the Platform Admin can set or reset another administrator’s nickname.
